About Us

Our boarding kennel and cattery is family owned, providing your pet with 24 hr. care and the careful attention of owners living on the premises. Tara - the manager-owner is a qualified vet nurse with many years of experience in the animal welfare and animal care fields. We also run Labrador Rescue for the Auckland and Upper North Island region. Tara and her daughter Ashlee show their own Labradors and also Ashlee's Pomeranian, who is her pride and joy.

STAFF
All employees working at Creature Comforts have been carefully selected and are people experienced in the loving care of animals. All the staff are carefully trained and all understand the need to adhere to the meticulous standards required by management.

FUN & EXERCISE!
The cornerstone to any pet's well being and healthy lifestyle is the natural inclusion of fun and exercise. All pets that stay at Creature Comforts are able to enjoy a variety of recreational activities and all will experience appropriate levels of exercise based on their  individual health.
